Of The Earth is an alternative rock quintet out of Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Effortlessly shifting between genres, the band mixes catchy vocal melodies reminiscent of Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder and Incubus’s Brandon Boyd with an ever-growing palette of tones and textures.
Up-tempo rock songs such as “Renaissance Love” and “Lost” appear to be a throwback to Seattle, circa 1990. Others, such as “Ambient Sea” and “The Town That Only Takes” find the band’s instrumental prowess and songwriting taking center stage as the band incorporates post-rock and jazz elements into their music.
